Note: The original trade-in promotion (until May 31, 2024) has expired. However, the general recommendation for server modernization remains relevant — contact us for current offers.
Why Old Servers Are a Risk
On October 10, 2023, support for Windows Server 2012 (R2) ended. This means: no security updates, a growing attack surface, and increasing compliance risks. Companies still running outdated server operating systems are putting their entire IT infrastructure at stake.
Benefits of Server Modernization
Modernizing to current server hardware and operating systems offers numerous advantages:
- Multi-layered security — Current security updates and modern protection features
- Cloud-ready hybrid capabilities — Seamless integration of on-premises and cloud
- Improved performance — Current hardware delivers significantly more power with lower energy consumption
- Simplified remote work — Modern platforms for flexible work models
- Compliance — Adherence to GDPR and industry-specific requirements
